Church Christmas Program

The kids had their church Christmas program on Sunday.  They each had a part they had to say and Alexa had to sing a solo.  I was proud of each one of them.

Shane was feeling a little programed out after having school rehearsals and two programs earlier in the week.  Saturday they had rehearsal and then program on Sunday.  It was a busy week and a lot of standing and singing for this little boy.  He was very happy to be done with programs for the week.

The theme of their program was Caroling The True Meaning.  They wore hats and scarves and pretended they were caroling.

Emma, our little fashion queen, decided her scarf didn't match before coming on stage so went without one!

Another program finished for the Christmas season.

Christmas Program

The kids were so excited for their Christmas program.  They were all excited to dress up in their costumes and perform their little hearts out.

Shane and his buddy James were two of the cutest shepherds on stage.

The little shepherd boy with his two little angels.

Alexa was a bit nervous but also very excited to sing in a quartet for one of the songs.

Emma sang her little heart out with a smile on her face!

The girls were on stage the whole time and Shane had to join them on for the last couple songs.  As his time to shine drew near I looked next to me to tell him it was almost his turn to go up and he was sound asleep! Good thing he wakes up fast and happy!

He got up there and sang his little heart out actions and all!

I love his face on this picture! This little boy loves life!

Singing About Jesus' Birth

This weekend the kids had their Christmas program at church! It was really crazy not to have any one in the 2 and 3 year old choir! My 3 little blessings are growing up way too fast! Shane and Emma were in the 4 and 5 year old choir together.  Shane was very excited for the big performance on stage especially since papa and grammy were coming!

Emma and Shane were singing Away In A Manger!

Here they are ringing their bells!

Emma singing her heart out in the microphone!

Shane was anticipating the microphone!

Alexa was pretty excited that she moved up to the big kids program this year.  She was assigned the part of the "know it all angel!"  I thought she looked pretty cute in her glasses but I also thought they made her look way too old!

It was hard to get any decent pictures with the lighting and it seemed like every other picture had a glare from her glasses or red eye! I don't know if she every has had red eye in her life!

She sang her heart out! She was very proud of her performance in the big kids program and so were we!

Shane and Emma came on stage as animals for the last couple songs of Alexa's musical! Shane was supposed to be a donkey which is why he has the brown shirt on but decided he would like to be a sheep! He was a cute little sheep that was singing his heart out!

And there is our other sweet little sheep!

"Oh man mom, how do you girls do this?  This headband thing is killing me! Are we done yet?"

We were very proud of our 3! They did a great job!

Christmas Program

The kids had their Christmas program last weekend.  They were so excited to finally be on stage and sing after all their practice.  Shane sang his little heart out and was really loud.  Before each song he would say really loud, "We sing this one really loud!"  He also gave a bow after the first song.

This was him yelling "no" on the song This Little Light Of Mine!

Emma did a great job on stage.  She always was smiling from ear to ear between songs.  She is a little performer.

Alexa sang her little heart out and did every action on cue.  This was her last year in the Little Kids Choir.  Next year she moves to the big kids musical.  Where has the time gone!

I'm so proud of our 3 little blessings.  They all did such a wonderful job!
